• Your room is available from 2 p.m.
• In case of early arrival, you can have breakfast at the hotel ( €20,00 per person) or let yourself be pampered in the à la carte restaurant.
• Upon departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. You can use our wellness area on the day of departure.
• Late check-out: 50 € (only bookable on the day before departure)
• Charging station for electric cars: You get to recharge the battery of your electric vehicle directly at the hotel

• The sketches are for illustration purposes only and are subject to variations.
• The indicated number of square metres includes the bathroom and balcony.
• Room or floor request are noted and implemented as far as possible.
• All our suites are non-smoking rooms.

• Your four-legged friend is welcome at our hotel. We charge 20 €/night.
• Please inform us about your pet while booking your stay.
• Final cleaning charge reserved.
• Pets are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area.

Our cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations from 14 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed price.

For this reason, we recommend that you take out our low-cost travel cancellation insurance.

Deposits already made will be refunded in the form of a voucher after deduction of the cancellation costs.
A direct refund is not possible.
The travel cancellation insurance amounts to 3% of the booked stay.

• To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price, which will be settled on departure with the rest sum.
• The bill can be paid in euro, franks as well as with your debit or credit card (except American Express and Diners).
• Under Italian law, cash payments are allowed up to 4,999 €.

The current local tax amount to €3.00 per person/night.
